New Salem Outdoors has been created to provide a variety of useful services to the hunting and shooting communities of Central Illinois. Our company is conveniently located in Petersburg, IL on State Highway 97 North within the Tallgrass Prairie Auction Center.
New Salem Firearms
New Salem Firearms (a division of New Salem Outdoors, LLC) is our first storefront operation. The services of New Salem Firearms include:
- Firearm Sales (New and Used)
- Live On-Site Firearm Auctions (Tallgrass Prairie)
- Internet Firearm Auctions (Tallgrass Prairie and Gunbroker)
- Transfer FFL Services
- Ammunition and other shooting supplies
New Salem Firearms is a registered FFL, or Federal Firearms License Holder serving the Menard County area of Central Illinois. For the safety of both buyers and sellers, The Tallgrass Prairie Auction and Real Estate Company will work closely with New Salem Firearms in order to meet applicable Federal and State regulations related to gun sales and transfers.
